is your return policy?

Oxigensupplies.com does not allow returns or exchanges on any opened, unsealed, or used products. We will gladly exchange or refund a product if it has not been opened, damaged or used. 

All returned items must be in the original condition with the original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with an authentic receipt. 

Please note: Shipping charges will not be refunded or credited. Return shipping must be paid by the client. 

All products that arrive damaged or defective must be reported to Oxigensupplies.com within 24 hrs of delivery. We will not issue a refund or provide a replacement for products outside of this timeframe.

Make-up will not be refunded, exchanged or credited under any circumstances due to hygienic reasons.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact

please note that orders may already be in the process of shipping and may not
